4. For out-of-network visits, we provide a superbill for each session, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Insurance companies typically reimburse 50% to 80% of the out-of-pocket cost, depending on your plan. Our out-of-network fees are : Initial Visit (60 minutes): $450, Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes): $250
